Therapy for Every Body
Your gender identity, sexual orientation, legal status, body size, race, and ethnicity should not prevent you from seeking treatment and feeling safe in session. I welcome you into a safe, non-judgmental space.
Treatment for Eating Disorders
Emotional eating, binge eating, and restricting your caloric intake are often related to underlying issues such as trauma, a desire to feel numb, or anxiety. I will help you process underlying issues related to unhealthy eating habits, change behaviors, and shift into a healthier relationship with food.
Cope with Stress and Anxiety
Let's talk about it and move through it. I will help you develop healthy habits for coping with stress and anxiety, leading to a more peaceful day to day life.
Overcome Depression
Depression looks different on everybody, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. I will help you process thoughts and feelings related to depressed mood, develop effective coping skills, shift your view of yourself and the world around you, and begin to live life more fully.
Heal from Trauma
A more peaceful life is possible. You don't have to suffer alone. I'm trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), an evidence based therapy for folks with PTSD. Schedule a consultation call and see if an individual 12-Session CPT program may be right for you.
When is the best time to start?
We tend to avoid things we feel anxious about, which can provide short term relief but ultimately leads to more anxiety in the long run. There's no better time to start therapy than right now. If you're waiting for the perfect time to initiate treatment, it will likely never come. I invite you to take the brave first step toward healing and reach out below. Let's schedule a free 15-minute consultation to see if we may be a good fit for one another.

Out-of-Network Benefits:
If I don't accept your insurance directly, your plan may have out-of-network (OON) benefits, which means your insurance will reimburse you for a large portion of our session cost. If you do have OON benefits, I have partnered with Thrizer to handle the out-of-network process automatically for you. They will take care of submitting and managing the claims for you, so you don't have to worry about submitting superbills. Once you meet your deductible, you also have the option to pay a reduced fee for our sessions, instead of needing to pay my full rate and waiting for a reimbursement check.
Cash Pay:
50 minutes session: $125 Individual / $150 Couples
Clinical Supervision: $100/session, billed monthly or weekly
